BY PLACING AN ORDER WITH PURA YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE CONDITIONS THAT APPEAR BELOW

  1. Welcome to our Term’s & Condition’s
    To avoid any misunderstanding please read these terms of business carefully. These terms relate to the Healthy Meal Plans that are provided to you by Pura and should be carefully read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy which shall also apply.
  2. Information About Us
    Our trading name is PURA Catering Services LLC, we are a registered catering company with the appropriate licenses to provide a variety of catering services, you can find out more about us at www.pura.ae.
  3. Order Process
    1. There are a number of ways that you can place an order for a healthy meal plan with Pura, this can be done through discussing your requirements with your Personal Trainer and submitting your information to our signup team, you can also call and discuss your requirements with a member of the Pura signup team or simply by submitting your details through our website and one of our agents will call you.
    2.     3. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us confirming all the relevant information.
    4. Occasionally we may not be able to source a specific product which may be included in your menu, at which time we will communicate with you of any changes we will require to make to your meal plan, we will also closely monitor any allergies that you have made us aware of and if we feel that we are not able to meet your requirements, we will call you to discuss an alternative option.
    5. A typical meal plan can consist of breakfast plus 3 meals, this varies depending on your requirements and the selected plan at the time of ordering.
  4. Meal Plans
    Our diet plans have been specially designed by our qualified Nutritionist, if you are not sure with anything that relates to your food plan, WE STRONGLY RECOMMED THAT YOU SEEK PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE. THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY US IS NOT MEDICAL ADVICE OR A SUBSTITUTE FOR MEDICAL TREATMENT; YOU SHOULD NOT USE OUR PLANS IF YOU HAVE ANY MEDICAL CONDITION THAT MAY AFFECT YOUR DIETRY REQUIERMENTS.
  5. Pricing & Payment
    Our pricing will be clearly explained and confirmed via email once your meal plan has been created. Whilst every care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of the pricing, occasionally it can occur that some information provided may be out of date or incorrect, if this happens our team will work with you to get this matter resolved. A deposit of 200 AED will be required upon ordering your meal plan for your bags, this deposit will be returned once your meal plan has been completed and all the bags have been returned in the same condition. Payment will be taken through a number of different options, before the meal plan can commence, payment in full must be received.
    We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED (or any other currency agreed).
  6. Discounts
    1. Referral – if your referral signs up to a meal plan which cost 2500 AED or above, you will receive 100 AED of your invoice every month you both renew.
    2. Couple – 10% on signing up (same delivery address)
    3. Emirates - 10% on signing up
    4. Fitness First – AED 125 OFF on signing up
    5. PT Package up to 150g protein (4 meals a day, 5 days a week for 4 weeks) – 2000 AED excluding delivery & bag charge
    6. PT Package up to 200g protein (4 meals a day, 5 days a week for 4 weeks) – 2500 AED excluding delivery & bag charge
    7. Tribe Gym – 10% of food
    8. Physical Training Company - 10% of food
  7. Delivery Policy
    1. All orders are shipped through a preferred partner; from time to time we may use an alternative partner or use the Pura fleet of couriers.
    2. Delivery will normally take place in two shifts, AM and PM, this may change for reason that could be out of our control, and weekend delivery times may vary.
    3. The driver will attempt to contact you by knocking on the door or ringing the door bell, if you are not available we will leave your meal bag at your front door, (if you do not wish us to do this, please inform us when ordering your meal plan) please ensure your empty bag is returned to the driver or left outside.
    4. In the event that you are not present to receive/return your bag, and the bag is left outside the door, Pura cannot be held responsible for any missing items/bags or damages to the bag.
    5. We would be glad to arrange for delivery at an address different to the invoice address, if you require this service, please ensure that you clearly indicate this at the time of order to a member of our signup team.
    6. 2 working day’s notice is required for any change in location delivery.
    7. The client will be designated 2 chiller bags and ice packs, if they are not returned, the food will be delivered in a plastic or paper bag.
    8. PURA Catering Services LLC will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
  8. Risk & Ownership
    The meal bags will be at your own risk from the time of delivery, it is your responsibility to ensure that your meals are accurately stored and heated to your preference. Once the food has been received, it should be kept refrigerated (max. 5°C) before consumption. All food should be consumed within 72 hrs of delivery.
  9. Changing Your Mind, Freezing delivery & Cancellations
    If for any reason you wish to cancel your order you are required to notify our customer services department at your earliest convenience. A refund will be provided once we have calculated the remaining days on your meal plan. All meal bags must be returned prior to any refund being issued. If a client wishes to freeze his meal plan, they must do so by giving 48 working hour’s notice. Accounts can be frozen for a maximum of 40 days during the meal plan. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
  10. Limitations & Liabilities
    1. Nothing in these terms will limit or exclude the liability of a party which may be caused from negligence
    2. We will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from any series of events that are beyond our reasonable control
    3. We will not be liable to a customer in respect of any business losses, such as loss or damage of profit, income, revenue, commercial opportunities or goodwill
    4. Food Allergy Disclaimer - Pura makes every attempt to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions for those with food allergies/intolerances
    Every effort is made to instruct our food production staff on the severity of food allergies. In addition, we will remove dishes with possible allergen-containing ingredients based on a customer instructions and advice; however, there is always a small risk of contamination or an error in packing the food.
  11. Other Important Terms
    1. We will treat all your personal information that we collect with your order in accordance with our Privacy Policy
    2. These terms are between the customer and Pura, although we may assign or subcontract our obligations in order to fulfil your requirements
    3. Please note that these terms are governed under UAE Law

    1. When we refer to ‘in writing’ in these terms, this will include e-mail

    5. If you have any objection to receiving emails from Pura regarding your healthy meal plan service or other services we may offer, please send us an email confirming you wish to be removed from our mailing list

The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

Any customer using the website who are a minor / under the age of 18 shall not register as a user of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
